1. Sponsors

The Nu-Trai × LATECH Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Nutrai LLC, doing business as Nu-Trai, and LA Tech Powerlifting (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia.

Employees, officers, owners, representatives, and agents of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All subscription-based entries and Instagram bonus-entry activities must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in Alternative Method of Entry submissions must be:

  • Postmarked no later than September 8, 2026

  • Received no later than September 15, 2026

4. How to Receive a Base Entry

Eligible participants may receive one (1) base entry using either of the following methods.

Method 1 — Nu-Trai Subscription Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, download Nu-Trai and start either a monthly or annual Nu-Trai subscription using referral code LATECH at checkout.

To complete the entry, the entrant must send a direct message to @latechpowerlifting from the Instagram account they will use for any additional-entry activities. The message must include a screenshot showing that a qualifying Nu-Trai monthly or annual subscription was started using referral code LATECH.

Entrants may redact any payment information or other sensitive personal information from the screenshot, provided the screenshot still reasonably verifies the qualifying subscription and use of referral code LATECH.

A qualifying subscription and verification message will receive one (1) base entry.

Purchasing additional subscriptions, making additional purchases, or spending additional money will not provide additional base entries or otherwise increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

No purchase is necessary.

To receive one (1) base entry without purchasing a Nu-Trai subscription, hand-print the following information on a postcard:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Instagram username

  • The words “Nu-Trai × LATECH Giveaway”

Mail the completed postcard, with sufficient postage, to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2026 and received by September 15, 2026.

Each properly completed and timely received mail-in entry will receive one (1) base entry, equal to the base entry available through the Nu-Trai subscription method.

Limit one mail-in AMOE submission per person.

5. Base Entry Limit

Limit one (1) base entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

An entrant may receive a base entry through either the Nu-Trai subscription method or the free mail-in AMOE. Completing both methods will not result in an additional base entry.

A purchase does not provide additional base entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

6. Additional Entries

Each eligible entrant may earn one (1) additional entry for each of the following actions completed during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Follow @latechpowerlifting on Instagram.

  2. Follow @_nutrai on Instagram.

  3. Like the official Sweepstakes post.

  4. Tag a friend in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post.

  5. Repost the official Sweepstakes post to their Instagram Story.

Each action may earn a maximum of one (1) additional entry, regardless of how many times the action is completed.

For example, tagging multiple friends will not provide multiple additional entries.

Additional Instagram entries will be credited to the Instagram account used to submit the qualifying subscription screenshot or, for mail-in AMOE entrants, the Instagram username provided on the postcard.

Entrants with private Instagram accounts may be required to provide reasonable proof that a qualifying Instagram Story repost or other bonus action was completed during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Maximum Number of Entries

Each entrant may receive a maximum of six (6) total entries:

  • One (1) base entry; plus

  • Up to five (5) additional entries from the Instagram actions described above.

The same maximum applies regardless of whether the entrant obtains the base entry through a Nu-Trai subscription or the free mail-in AMOE.

8. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

One (1) year of Nu-Trai at no charge.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $71.88.

No purchase is required to claim the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsors’ reasonable control.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the applicable entry deadlines.

Each eligible entry included in the drawing will have an equal chance of being selected.

10. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The random drawing will take place on or about September 16, 2026, after the deadline for receipt of eligible mail-in entries.

Whether an entrant purchased a subscription, entered through the free AMOE, or spent any particular amount of money will have no effect on the random selection process.

11. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or Instagram account associated with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.

The Sponsors may require reasonable verification of:

  • The entrant’s identity and eligibility

  • Any claimed Instagram additional-entry actions

  • Compliance with these Official Rules

If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of their state of residence, the Sponsors may require the prize to be accepted by the winner's parent or legal guardian.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide required verification, or declines the prize, the Sponsors may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

12. Entry Verification and Disqualification

The Sponsors reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits false, incomplete, or fraudulent information

  • Attempts to obtain more entries than permitted

  • Uses multiple identities, accounts, or other methods to circumvent entry limits

  • Uses automated, robotic, scripted, or other improper means to enter

  • Tampers with the Sweepstakes or entry process

  • Otherwise violates these Official Rules

The Sponsors’ decisions regarding eligibility, entry verification, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final to the extent permitted by law.

13. Personal Information

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes

  • Verify eligibility and entries

  • Contact potential winners

  • Fulfill the prize

  • Prevent fraud

  • Comply with applicable law

Participation through the free Alternative Method of Entry does not require the entrant to purchase a Nu-Trai subscription.

14. Technical and Postal Issues

The Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, damaged, or not received because of technical failures, postal delays, or circumstances outside the Sponsors’ reasonable control.

Mail-in entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entry is properly addressed, contains sufficient postage, and is postmarked and received by the applicable deadlines.

If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective officers, owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules waives any rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of the prize.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsors and not Instagram.

17. Sponsorship

This promotion is sponsored by Nutrai LLC and LA TECH Powerlifting .

18. Applicable Law

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

19. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified, the Sponsors may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and/or Instagram username, as permitted by law.
