Meet Alex and Rachel Sharper, the founders of Nu-Trai!

Alex is a fitness enthusiast who studied Mechanical Engineering and Robotics at Northwestern University. For four years he carried a scale with him into the dining hall to help him track calories. He built Nu-Trai so that he (and other students like him) could spend less time tracking calories and more time working on projects, goals, and dreams.

Rachel, a former gymnast, runner, and current weightlifter studied International Business at Cedarville University. She also struggled to track her nutrition using calorie counters with inaccurate, incomplete, and inconvenient tracking methods.

Together, they have created an app for busy individuals who want to live healthier lives.
